Automated Electronic Transaction Processing

VCheck Express transactions are initiated and settled completely electronically utilizing the Federal Reserve’s Automated Clearing House (ACH) network. Automated electronic transaction processing eliminates the inconveniences and restrictions posed by paper drafts for both consumers and merchants. Transactions are processed and funds are transferred with minimal user intervention required. Consumers can initiate virtual checks as payment on-line or over the phone – eliminating the obstacles of contacting the merchant in person, by fax, or by mail. Merchants can avoid the overhead required to collect and deposit paper checks, and should they arise, non-sufficient checks can be easily and efficiently handled and re-billed online. Removing the obstacles between merchant and consumer results in a convenient, hassle-free payment option for consumers, and ultimately, greater markets and sales for merchants.

Customizable Integration

The two operational modes of the VCheck Express payment solution makes it flexible to the needs of all merchants, regardless of IT resources available. Merchants with existing e-commerce storefronts can seamlessly integrate VCheck Express as an API, sending and authenticating ACH transactions in real-time. Alternately, merchants without storefronts and those that do not do business online can use our back office web interface, the VCheck Terminal, to initiate virtual checks on behalf of customers who request them by email or by telephone. By implementing VCheck Express in this manner, existing customer service phone lines and representatives can be further utilized to accept orders and generate sales.

Comprehensive Account Management and Reporting

Merchants can manage their processed transactions and merchant account information online using a password-protected web interface, the VCheck Terminal. The powerful back-office tools provided allow merchants to generate and view reports to analyze transaction histories, query transactions, re-bill returned items, and administer account profiles. With this information conveniently at hand, merchants can quickly and easily reconcile bank statements, forecast sales, and project revenues.
